David Gellner is an executive vice president with Kidder Mathews, specializing in the sale of commercial retail investment properties in Washington. With over 10 years of experience, David has successfully completed over 150 investment sale transactions totaling more than $500,000,000. He is consistently one of the most active commercial investment sales brokers in Washington.
Before entering the commercial real estate industry, David was a firefighter near his hometown of Lake Stevens, Washington. The lessons learned from his fire service experience have positively impacted his career in CRE and how he serves his clients.

Parker Ksidakis
First Vice President
Parker is a retail investments specialist focused primarily on single-tenant retail leased properties and multi-tenant retail in Washington and Oregon. He has been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly a decade.
Parker was a coxswain on the University of Washington Men’s Rowing Team, demonstrating leadership and teamwork. During his time on the crew, he won two National Championships and represented the United States in the Under 23 World Championships for rowing.
Parker and his wife Jacqui spend most of their time chasing around their daughter, Lauren. Parker spends most of his free time outside of work and family on the water sailing.

Michelle is a retail investment sales specialist, and a subject matter expert in listing and transaction management, contracts, compliance, and process management. With over eleven years of experience across sales and leasing in various asset types, her industry knowledge allows her to effectively guide her clients and team through the transaction process. Michelle prides herself on her top-notch customer service and tireless work ethic, which has cultivated long-standing client and vendor relationships.
Michelle lives in Portland, Oregon with her teenage son, where you can usually find them spending time outdoors, reading, and chasing their next vacation. As her son likes to say, “we like to have fun around here.”
